Don’t Let Society’s Norms Influence Thy True Self

My thought about this quote:
That’s why I prefer to be alone most of the time. If you’re alone, no one will hurt or judge you. If you’re alone, you can reflect about your life, your plans, your next steps to create a better future for yourself without being influenced by other people or society in general.
You can just listen to your core and true higher self, your soul, your spirit, the real you without being programmed by anyone else. I also limit watching TV (social conditioning) and listening to negative lyric music. Mostly I listen to frequency healing tones like 432 Hz and 528 Hz instead.
And remember, being alone doesn’t equate to being lonely.
