It appears that our world has been consumed by utter chaos.

The current situation has left its mark on every nook and cranny of every street; it is truly a sight unlike anything I have witnessed before.

Finding a moment of respite amidst all of this can prove to be an arduous task.

While it’s important to stay informed about current events, it can sometimes feel overwhelming to keep up with everything that’s happening in the world.

Amidst this tumultuous situation, what actions can we take?

How much longer will this go on?

As the chaos continues to escalate without respite, we find ourselves repeatedly pondering these very questions.

As we navigate through life, we often experience a sense of stress, tension, and anxiety, which can have a profound effect on various aspects of our existence, including our professional endeavors, personal connections, and overall well-being.

Embracing the natural rhythm of life becomes crucial in this scenario.

During the most challenging times of your life, you are faced with a choice: either resist the truth and nurture pessimistic emotions, or embrace the circumstances and strive to discover a resolution.

Embracing our reality allows us to effortlessly navigate the currents of life.

Typically, we tend to form opinions and assessments regarding our current circumstances or past experiences.

We may feel that life is unjust, that certain events should not have occurred, or that we ought to be in a different situation by now.

It is this mindset that ultimately contributes to our feelings of distress.

Instead of engaging in disputes with the truth, we should embrace whatever unfolds.

I resided in Budapest for nearly a year in the past.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time in that place and had established a strong network of friends and a consistent daily schedule as an expatriate.

Regrettably, my mother became ill, compelling me to make the decision to travel to another country and visit my family.

I carefully arranged my luggage and entrusted my possessions to my friend’s abode, with the firm belief that I would return at a later time to reclaim all that was rightfully mine.

However, upon my arrival at the airport, I was halted by a vigilant security guard who scrutinized me with a perplexed expression, his gaze fixated on my passport.

“How long have you been in Hungary?” he inquired, struggling with his English.

I glanced around cautiously, whispering under my breath, “It’s been nearly twelve months.”

“An entire year?” he exclaimed.

I must admit, I had intentionally exceeded the duration of my visa by approximately half a year.

I was aware that I had made an error.

Trusting my expat friends’ assurance that they wouldn’t be bothered once I departed the airport was also an error on my part.

After a brief moment, the individual returned with my passport in hand.

“Europe will have to wait for two years,” he declared while stamping my passports, granting me passage to my flight.

That’s all there was to it.

My mother fell ill just as I was preparing to embark on a journey to a foreign land, where I had no acquaintances and was unfamiliar with the language.

In a sudden turn of events, I found myself stripped of all my possessions—my wardrobe, my trusty computer, and anything that couldn’t fit into a compact suitcase—and abandoned.

Initially, I felt quite irritated.

I was fully aware that the blame rested on me, yet I found myself at a loss for any remaining options.

In this particular scenario, I was faced with a dilemma: engage in a conflict or embrace the circumstances.

I have the choice to immerse myself in feelings of anger, sadness, and confusion, or I can simply embrace the situation and concentrate on my next steps.

Certainly, things didn’t turn out as I had hoped.

Such is the nature of life—we cannot always have things go exactly as we desire.

I had to fully embrace and acknowledge this situation, regardless of its challenges, in order to progress in my life and optimize my circumstances.

I entrusted my friend with the task of selling all my possessions, which ultimately left me with only a modest wardrobe and my trusty laptop.

I have found myself without any companions, feeling as though I have lost my purpose, and to make matters worse, I have been burdened with the responsibility of caring for my ailing mother.

Fortunately, I was able to retain the presence of my mother and a helpful friend who assisted me in selling my belongings.

Naturally, I initially overlooked these matters.

This particular circumstance proved to be one of the most challenging phases I have ever experienced.

After dedicating countless months to introspection and contemplation, I have ultimately embraced my current circumstances.

Initially, it is always challenging; our initial reaction is to resist.

However, I am of the opinion that these types of challenges are presented to us in order to facilitate personal growth.

These moments are essential for us to discover the rhythm of existence.

The immense power of the world surpasses our ability to combat it.

The sooner we acknowledge that we lack complete control over everything, the sooner we can adapt to whatever circumstances arise.

Shifting your attention inward instead of seeking external sources of happiness can greatly simplify life.

Discovering tranquility in the midst of life’s tumultuous moments can be achieved by cultivating it from within.

Although the world may appear filled with toxicity and destruction, there are still opportunities to discover the inherent beauty that lies within.

The existence of yang is dependent on the presence of yin.

Just envision the tranquility that awaits you once this global turmoil subsides, if you can discover serenity amidst the current chaos.

It is crucial that you discover and align yourself with this rhythm.

Deprived of this current, we are condemned to endure.

In a world filled with injustice, it is common for us to feel victimized and perceive everything as unfair.

If you find yourself struggling, I recommend embracing any challenges that come your way.

This seemingly straightforward assertion conceals a multitude of complexities beyond its initial appearance.

During a time when circumstances seemed to conspire against me and the weight of the world burdened my shoulders, I yearned for a complete transformation in every aspect of my life.

I experienced a sense of powerlessness as everything slipped from my grasp, and the world seemed to be filled with injustice.

When one experiences suffering, they find themselves in a state of either exerting force or being pulled towards something.  No matter the circumstances, it is imperative that you cease your actions.

This is the point where you must make a choice.

You possess a solitary existence.

Instead of dwelling on the uncertainties of the future, questioning the reasons behind your circumstances, and anticipating when things will improve, consider embracing a different approach.

You have the power to put an end to these thoughts, even if it requires making this decision repeatedly.

When you find yourself in the midst of intense suffering, a mere moment of acceptance can bring about a profound sense of relief.

This serves as your portal to regain your momentum.

In the smallest of moments, even if it lasts only a fraction of a second, it serves as a gentle reminder that peace can still be discovered, regardless of one’s circumstances.

I might have found myself pondering for the upcoming years, questioning the reasons behind these occurrences in my life and why circumstances haven’t taken a different turn.

Instead, I made the decision to cease the internal battle within me.

Life has a knack for surprising us with unexpected twists and turns.

In life, we inevitably encounter moments of pain and suffering, but amidst these challenges, we also experience profound moments of pure joy.

Continuously remember that you cannot engage in an eternal battle with yourself.

Embracing acceptance sooner allows you to swiftly return to a state of flow, unlocking the gateway to inner tranquility.

Pause for a moment and deeply contemplate the true essence of embracing the concept of “letting everything exist in its natural state.”

Attempt to delve into the depths of the matter.

Attempt to remain motionless.

Allow the current of existence to permeate your being as you cease the act of exerting force and resistance.

If you allow life the opportunity to demonstrate its potential, everything will ultimately turn out fine.
