How to Deal With Feeling Exhausted and What to Do About It

how to deal with mental and emotional exhaustion?

Recently, I’ve observed that a lot of people are feeling exhausted by life, whether it be the difficulties they’re experiencing, the burdens they’re carrying, the fear of the world around them, or anything else.

When the time is right, I’ll expand on this topic and offer a more in-depth guide on how to achieve a state of renewed resilience…

But because we’re talking about practice today, I’d like to talk about what I do when I simply don’t feel like I have much ability to accomplish anything.

1. First, I’ve come to the conclusion that I just don’t have it today. I’d want to dominate life and get a ton of work done, but unfortunately, today isn’t the day for either of those things. I’m completely spent and exhausted.

2. After that, I inquire, “What am I supposed to do in order to look after myself?” This may entail having a nap, taking the day off, reducing the amount of work I do, skipping my workout for the day, meditating, going for a walk, taking a bath, drinking a cup of tea, having a conversation with a friend, eating a little bit of dark chocolate, watching some trashy television, listening to music, and showing myself some love.

3. I prefer to make the most of my time off. That means that rather than feeling horrible about it, I look at it as a chance to love myself and bring myself back to the place where I’d want to be.

I try to make the most of my downtime. Make the room, and consider the atmosphere to be mouthwatering. Take some time to enjoy the expansiveness as well as the affection.

4. The next question that I pose is, “Is there anything that I’d want to accomplish with the little capacity that I have?”

Even if I’m completely spent, it’s possible that I still have some energy left over for some activity. If I really want to get some exercise, I can either take a brisk walk or go for a swim at the pool.

If there is work that needs to be done, it’s possible that I could merely do a tiny bit of it.

I am only able to accomplish a small bit, but I can do it calmly and without much effort. It is not necessary for me to exert a lot of effort. I am able to breathe, and every action I take is accompanied by a sensation of comfort and calm.

I need to lower my expectations for myself, let go of whatever it is that I believe I should be doing, and release whatever pressure that I am feeling. and just take things as lightly as I can.

5. In the end, I inquire, “What steps can I take to get myself closer to the destination I have in mind?” Depending on the circumstances of your life, it might take a single day, a whole week, an entire month, or even longer.

For me, it often just takes a day or two, but I know other individuals who are dealing with significant health difficulties, and the length of time it will take them is absolutely unclear; the only thing we do know is that they are in for the long haul.

No matter how long it takes, it is important to ask yourself this question: What steps do I need to take in order to bring myself to the place where I want to be?

It’s possible that I need to start sleeping more soundly, start moving around more, and start fueling my body with more healthy meals that are rich in fiber.

You may try going to a therapist or a coach, journaling, meditating, taking contemplative walks, joining a treatment program, or seeing a doctor.

After that, I make the tiniest movement possible in that direction. Due to my low energy levels, I won’t be able to finish everything, but I can get started.

It is not necessary for me to have a large capacity in order to make progress toward self-care, self-love, and nutrition; whatever my capacity is at the moment to make a move in that direction is fine. I take advantage of whatever capabilities are at my disposal.

There are instances when we just do not have much. It’s possible that today, this very spot is the best possible location to be.

That doesn’t guarantee that we’ll be there the next day. But is it possible for us to still discover beauty in this area that is so devoid of vitality?

Your MASTERY OF LIFE begins the moment you break through your prisons of self-created limitations and enter the inner worlds where creation begins.
